One of our standout projects was the complete refurbishment of a five-storey townhouse in Edinburgh’s prestigious New Town.
The property, which had been let out for over 20 years, was transformed into an exquisite family home in collaboration with London-based interior design firm, HZI. Our team took full responsibility for the project, managing the entire process from securing planning and building warrants to acting as main contractors on-site. We oversaw every detail, ensuring that every phase was executed to perfection, and even assisted with the furniture installation at the completion of the project. Throughout the build, we worked closely with our clients, based in Hong Kong, keeping them fully informed and engaged every step of the way. Regular updates and detailed progress reports ensured they felt part of the process, despite the distance. Once the property was complete, the clients were so pleased with the result that we have since carried out additional works for the family, now that they are based in the UK. This project truly highlights our ability to manage complex, high-end builds while maintaining clear communication and delivering results that exceed expectations.
